What to expect at Zen Pet Spa
The safety and emotional wellbeing of your pet is at the heart of everything we do. Using Fear Free certified handling techniques, we move at your pet's pace and always prioritize their comfort over completion.
Zen Pet Spa operates as a drop off and pick up salon. Because every pet receives dedicated one on one attention, honoring your scheduled times allows us to protect the quality of every experience in our care. At drop off you will receive an estimated pick-up window, and we will send a courtesy text 30 minutes before your pet is ready. If you prefer curbside service, simply text when you arrive.
We ask for 48hrs notice for all cancelations. Late cancellations under 48hrs will be charged 50% of the service. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged the full amount.
Meet and Treat
Before your pets first appointment, we invite all new clients to schedule a complimentary 15 min meet and treat visit. This is a no pressure introduction to our space, our team, and our energy. It gives your pet the chance to explore, get comfortable, and associate Zen Pet Spa with something positive before any groom begins. It also gives the opportunity to meet you, learn about your pet's needs, and set real expectations and goals together.

(The full spa experience without the haircut)
Your pet receives our complete all-inclusive spa treatment from nose to tail. Premium shampoo chosen specifically for their coat type and conditioning treatment, hand dry and detailed brush out, ear cleaning, nail trimming and filing, maintenance teeth brushing, and nose and paw pad conditioning. Everything they need nothing rushed.

Every full groom includes our all-inclusive spa bath, conditioning treatment, hand dry, brush out, ear cleaning, nail trimming and filing, teeth cleaning, paw and nose conditioning, and a full breed specific haircut. From teddy bear trims and breed standard cuts to full scissored finishes and shed control treatments, every cut begins with comfort and ends with a finish you will love.

(All the spa essentials plus a little extra polish)
Everything included in our bath only service, with the addition of a face trim, feet trim, and sanitary trim to keep your pet looking neat and feeling fresh between grooms. For double coated breeds such as golden retrievers, Australian Shepards, border collies, etc., we also include an outline trim to maintain their natural shape and keep their coat looking its best. Perfect for pets who need a cleanup without a full haircut.

Spa Touch Ups

Not every visit requires a full bath or groom.
Our spa touch ups are perfect for keeping your pet comfortable, and well maintained. Between scheduled services. Each appointment is approximately 15-30 minutes and receives the same Fear Free one on one attention as every Zen Pet Spa visit.
